Rae Gomes is a food justice organizer and food equity consultant based in Brooklyn. She is a founding board member and current board chair of the Central Brooklyn Food Cooperative. She supports food sovereignty work locally, including working toward a Central Brooklyn Food Hub, and is a community member of the Farmer and Community Advisory Committee for GrowNYC.
